things that made me happy this week . . .

- relaxing in a hammock

- woof-ums: pillsbury biscuit cooked on the end of a dowel over a fire, filled with chocolate pudding, topped with a toasted marshmallow. it's pretty fantastic.

- s'mores

- the sound of bullfrogs

-  campfires

- copious amounts of reading time

- swimming in the lake

-  eating at the hungry hut in shaver lake.

- plenty of sun-basking time (with lot's of sunscreen. we're responsible.)

-  my new tiffany ring.

- a week away from telephones and computers and emails . . . . 

- a week away from make-up

-  watching the sun set over the lake
