a little late this week, but i've been busy with travel preparations because I'M LEAVING FOR ENGLAND TOMORROW!!! i am so excited i could burst. and in case you're not in the habit of checking international weather forecasts, there's an expected high of 70 for the entire time we're there. 70!! fresno has been hitting the triple digits, so i couldn't be more excited to be striking out on an adventure. but here's a little list of things that have made me happy the last week or so.
- shave ice (mango guava combo - delicious)
- milkshakes
- seminary ending
- i took over primary sharing time for my mom on sunday. it was a lot more fun that i expected. and the primary children were about a thousand times more engaged and insightful than my seminary students. so . . .
- packing for england
- rocking babies to sleep
- new books (hey natalie - i picked up the winter sea. it's my england read. excited!)
- buying theatre tickets.
- sleeping past 5:00 a.m.
